INCIDENT NARRATIVE:    Breninger was southbound on US95.  He was attempting to slow down due to vehicles in front of him.  He was unable to slow down in time and swearved into oncoming traffic impacting Dunteman.  Both lanes of traffic were closed for approximately 30 minutes.  Northbound lane of traffic was closed for two and one half hours.
