On Sunday, October 21st at approximately 2:30 a.m., the Idaho State Police investigated a one vehicle 
injury crash west of Idaho Falls.

Michael J Legrand, age 23 from Idaho Falls, was southbound on Bellin Road in a silver 2004 Hummer H2.  Legrand failed to negotiate a curve, causing his vehicle to go off the road. He then crashed through a fence, went over a guardrail, and came to rest in the median of Interstate 15 near the 116 ramp. Legrand was transported by ground ambulance to Eastern Idaho Regional Medical Center.
