On November 15, 2012, at approximately 7:55 p.m., the Idaho State Police investigated a one-vehicle rollover injury crash on 1010 South, east of Ridgeway Road, near Hazelton, Idaho.  

Anthony Clark, age 41, of Hazelton, was driving a 1985 Ford Ranger pickup eastbound on 1010 South approaching a bridge over a canal.  He drifted off the road onto the right shoulder, struck the railing on the bridge, and overturned.  Clark was not wearing a seatbelt and was ejected during the crash.  He was transported by air ambulance to Portneuf Medical Center in Pocatello, Idaho.

This crash is under investigation by the Idaho State Police.
