INCIDENT NARRATIVE:    Coombes was traveling Southbound on US95 at approximately mile post 284 when he went off the roadway about forty feet down the embankment.  He was transported to St. Joseph's Hospital.  The Northbound lane was closed intermittently for about twenty minutes to remove the vehicle.  The crash remains under investigation.
