INCIDENT NARRATIVE: Nielson was northbound coming down Riesenhauer Hill at milepost 339 when she lost control on a curve, slide into the southbound lane and sideswiped Moyer's semi truck and trailer, which was stopped in the southbound lanes.  Moyer was standing outside the semi truck and was struck by Nielson.  After striking the semi truck, Nielson's vehicle slide back across the travel lanes and came to rest on the northbound shoulder.  The lanes of travel were intermittently blocked for approximately 3 hours.  Investigation is continuing. *** Update *** Moyer,Shane A, fatal. Next of kin has been notified***
