Protecting the lives, property, and constitutional rights of people in Idaho since 1919.
Idaho Code § 39-6316(2) requires the Idaho State Police to provide specific information to local law enforcement agencies responding to domestic violence incidents. This information is to be given to victims of domestic violence by responding officers, and provides a summary of rights, as well as process and service information. A limited supply of pre-printed notice forms may also be obtained by local law enforcement agencies from any Idaho State Police district office.
