On February 9th, 2018, at approximately 2:31 p.m., Mariah N. Graham, 18, of Los Angeles, California, was driving a white 1998 Chevrolet S10 south on Interstate 15, near milepost 92.  Graham drove off of the left shoulder of the road and then returned to the road, where her vehicle began to rotate.  The vehicle overturned and came to a rest on its roof off of the right side of the road.  Graham suffered minor injuries.  The passenger, Dalen S. Graham, 22, was severely injured and transported to Portneuf Medical Center via air ambulance.  Both occupants were wearing their seat belts.
