The 2022 Residential Substance Abuse Treatment (RSAT) Request for Proposal (RFP) for NEW projects is now open.  The application deadline is Friday January 20, 2023 at 6 p.m (MST). 
The RFP has been attached for your convenience and is located on our website. 

The Residential Substance Abuse Treatment (RSAT) for State Prisoners Programs, assists states and local governments to develop and implement substance abuse treatment programs in state and local correctional and detention facilities and to create and maintain community-based aftercare services for offenders.

RSAT funds may be used to implement or support three types of programs: residential, jail-based, and aftercare.  To apply, applicants must be either a state agency, a unit of local government (city or county), or federally recognized Indian tribal governments that perform law enforcement functions. Applications to support programs in rural and tribal areas will be given priority consideration.
