District 2 – Central Idaho

Welcome to ISP District 2, Central Idaho.  ISP District 2 encompasses one of the largest geographical areas of Idaho.  There are over 3,000 miles of roadways throughout District 2 and it includes the counties of Clearwater, Idaho, Latah, Lewis, and Nez Perce.  It’s also home to the world-famous Hells Canyon and the Frank Church River of No Return Wilderness area and Idaho’s only inland seaport in Lewiston, Idaho.  

Nearly 110,000 people who are drawn to the scenic beauty and rolling farmland call the area home.  For the men and women who serve here, the opportunity to make a difference in their communities is why they chose a career with the Idaho State Police.
