Chad Muscik was traveling Northbound US95 at approximately milepost 350. Musick states a vehicle passed him and Musick moved over to the shoulder to allow more room for passing. Musick?s vehicle went onto the dirt shoulder, Musick over corrected and crossed the centerline and went into a critical speed slide which caused his vehicle to go over a 30 ft embankment and roll several times. Alcohol was a factor and investigation continues.
