The commission is authorized to license, regulate, and supervise all race meets held in Idaho.
RACING COMMISSION CREATED — APPOINTMENT — REMOVAL
There is hereby created in the Idaho State Police the Idaho State Racing Commission, to consist of three (3) members, who shall be citizens, residents, and qualified electors of the state of Idaho.
The members of said commission shall be appointed by the governor; Vacancies on the commission shall be filled by appointment to be made by the governor for the unexpired term and any member may be removed from office by the governor.
