On February 4, 2011, at 9:16 a.m., the Idaho State Police investigated a two vehicle crash on 350 W near 100 N in Bingham County. Kelsie Lewis, of Rigby, was traveling south on 350 W when she lost control of her vehicle on the ice covered road. Lewis slid into the oncoming lane and collided with a Bingham County snow plow driven by Royce Samargis of Shelley. Lewis was injured and taken by ambulance to Bingham Memorial Hospital.
