On Friday, June 28, 2014, at approximately 4:30 p.m., Idaho State Police investigated a two vehicle injury crash on Interstate 15 north of Blackfoot.

Linda Phillips, 57, of Pocatello, was traveling northbound in a 1993 Ford Ranger pickup.

Armando Castillo Guzman, 66, of Blackfoot was traveling northbound in a 1972 motor home.

Guzman was in the right lane when he made an unsafe lane change, forcing Phillips to go on to the shoulder. Phillips attempted to move back on to the interstate striking Phillips vehicle causing it to roll off the right shoulder.

Phillips was transported by ground ambulance to Eastern Idaho Regional Medical Center.

Phillips was wearing her seatbelt.
