On August 29, 2014, at 3:10 p.m., the Idaho State Police investigated a two vehicle injury crash on US 95 at milepost 71.

Nicholes Partin, 60, of Midvale, was driving southbound on Highway 95 in a 1998 Toyota Camry. Todd Bratcher, 41, of Payette, in a 2011 Chevrolet Cruz, failed to yield at a stop sign and pulled onto Highway 95, striking the Toyota.

Partin and his passenger, Joyce Partin, 60, of Midvale, were transported via ground ambulance to St. Lukes Physicians Care Center in Fruitland. All occupants were wearing seatbelts.

The crash is under investigation by the Idaho State Police.
