3 Vehicle Crash near McCammon

BANNOCK COUNTY, Idaho. On Thursday, February 12, 2026, at 5:20 AM, Idaho State Police investigated a crash that occurred on Southbound Interstate 15 at milepost 50, just north of McCammon.

A 2017 Honda Accord was driven by a 46-year-old male from Pocatello. A 1992 Toyota pickup pulling a flatbed trailer loaded with cars was driven by a 46-year-old male from Guatemala. The Honda Accord struck the rear of the trailer and both the Toyota pickup and its trailer rolled, coming to rest in both southbound lanes of travel.

After the Toyota pickup and trailer came to rest in the southbound lanes of travel, a 2008 Toyota 4Runner, driven by a 53-year-old female from Inkom, struck the pickup.

The southbound lanes of travel were blocked for approximately 3 hours.

Idaho State Police was assisted by Bannock County Sheriff’s Office, Bannock County Search & Rescue, McCammon Fire Department, Inkom Fire Department, Pocatello EMS, and the Idaho Transportation Department.

This crash is under investigation by the Idaho State Police.
