On Monday, May 26, 2014, at approximately 2:44 p.m., Idaho State Police investigated a two vehicle injury crash on SH24 at milepost 2.1, near Rupert. Lourdes Keith, 53 of Pocatello, was driving north on SH24 in a Mercury Marquis. Keith slowed to turn in the median on SH24. Batrina Collins, 37 of Burley, was driving a Chevrolet Blazer behind Keith. Collins collided with Keith and the vehicle went through the median and came to rest in the southbound lanes of travel. All occupants were wearing seatbelts.

The northbound and southbound lanes were partially blocked for approximately an hour for the investigation of the crash.

The Idaho State Police is investigating a two vehicle injury crash on SH24 at milepost 2, near Rupert. The inner lanes going both eastbound and westbound are blocked at this time for the crash.
