On Thursday, May 22, 2014, at approximately 1:26 p.m., the Idaho State Police made a routine traffic stop east on Interstate 86 at milepost 60 in Bannock County. Thomas S. Olson, 61 years of age of Livingston, Montana, and Lane E. Ruegamer, 66 years of age of Anaconda, Montana, were subsequently arrested. Both subjects were taken to the Bannock County Jail with charges for trafficking approximately 4 ounces of methamphetamine, possession of cocaine, possession of marijuana, possession of paraphernalia, and possession of a stolen firearm.
