INCIDENT NARRATIVE: Hund was northbound on US95 at milepost 296 when she came upon debris that was located in the roadway. Hund crossed the center line to avoid the debris and entered the southbound lane. She lost control of her vehicle and entered the ditch located below the southbound lane.
