INCIDENT NARRATIVE: *** Virgil McIntosh expired at St. Joseph's from his injuries received in the crash** Next of kin was notfied at the hospital. Virginia McIntosh was on Nez Perce Rd at the South Entrance to the Clearwater Casino attempting to turn Southbound onto US95 when she failed to yield to traffic on the highway. Boyd was Northbound on US95 when he collided with McIntosh.
