At approximately 9:10 AM today, October 10, 2013, the Idaho State Police investigated a two-vehicle fatality crash on US Highway 20 at the intersection of Middleton Road. Katelyn Bergland, age 22, of Nampa was driving westbound on US20 approaching Middleton Road. Bergland failed to stop at a stop light and struck Marlene Miller, age 72, of Caldwell. Miller was pronounced dead at the scene of the crash. She was wearing her seat belt. Notifications to the family have been made. The crash is under investigation.
