INCIDENT NARRATIVE: Hayne was Westbound on the St Joe River Road near milepost 23 when he drove off the right side of the roadway. He went through brush and was thrown from his motorcycle. He died at the scene. Helmet and goggles were worn. Next of Kin has been notified.
