INCIDENT NARRATIVE: Osterberg was traveling Northbound on SH9@1 near Deary when she caught up to a farm tractor also traveling NB. Osterberg moved over to the SB lane in an attempt to turn left into a private driveway and was struck by the dodge pickup that was traveling SB. Osterberg was transported by Lifeflight and later succumbed to her injuries. Next of kin has been notified. The crash remains under investigation.
