INCIDENT NARRATIVE:

Tuttle was travelling northbound on US95 when his vehicle entered the median for unknown reasons. Tuttle entered the intersection at Lancaster striking a traffic control device and overturning in the intersection. Southbound US95 and East Lancaster traffic was shut down for approximately two hours. Investigation continues.
