Road Rage Incident and Arrest

On June 1st, 2013 at approximately 1144 hours, Kootenai County 911 received a call about a road rage incident involving 2 vehicles southbound on US 95 near Silverwood Theme Park. The call advised that the front passenger of a silver Mitsubishi pointed a firearm at the occupant of the other vehicle during the incident. Kootenai County deputies located the Mitsubishi in Post Falls and initiated a felony stop, assisted by the Post Falls Police Department and the Idaho State Police. The 5 occupants of the Mitsubishi were taken into custody for various firearm, drug and other charges.
