INCIDENT NARRATIVE: Driver was eastbound on Forest Service Road 209 when the driver drove off the right shoulder while negotiating a corner. The vehicle went down an embankment, struck a rock and a large tree. The vehicle caught fire after impact. Currently awaiting positive confirmation of driver's identity. Investigation ongoing.
