INCIDENT NARRATIVE: Knewbow was northbound on US95 as Lowe was on Nez Perce Rd at the Clearwater Casino. Lowe pulled out on to US95 failing to see Knewbow approaching. Knewbow attempted to avoid Lowe but was unable to do so, colliding with Lowe in the intersection. The investigation is ongoing.
