Both occupants of the vehicle have succumbed to their injuries as a result of this crash. Names are still not being released at this time.

On October 16, 2012, at approximately 12:14 p.m., the Idaho State Police investigated a single vehicle fatality crash. The crash occurred on the eastbound on-ramp of Interstate 84 and Ten Mile Road. A 1986 Toyota 4-Runner was headed eastbound on the eastbound off-ramp, when the vehicle failed to stop at the intersection with Ten Mile Road. The 4-Runner crossed the lanes of Ten Mile and then went off the eastbound on-ramp embankment, rolling and coming to a rest on its top. The two occupants of the vehicle were wearing their seatbelts. There was one confirmed fatality. Names will be released pending the notification of the next of kin.
