**Correction on location** The crash occurred southbound State Highway 46 near milepost 89, 1500 E and 4500 N near Buhl, Idaho
On May 12, 2012, at approximately 4:48 p.m., Idaho State Police investigated a one-vehicle serious injury crash southbound on State Highway 46 at near milepost 46, 1500 E and 4500 N near Buhl, Idaho.
Clint Sobotka, 33, of Buhl, and his passenger Bryan Deisher, 38, of Buhl, were traveling south on State Highway 46 in a 2001 Isuzu Rodeo when for unknown reasons Sobotka drove off the roadway, over corrected and went into a guard rail at a high rate of speed. Sobotka was transported by air ambulance to St Alphonsus in Boise. Deisher was transported by ground ambulance to St Lukes Magic Valley Regional in Twin Falls. Sobatka and Diesher were not wearing seat belts.
This crash is still under investigation.
