INCIDENT NARRATIVE: Olmstead was traveling north on Clagstone Road approaching SH 54. Ramsbottom was traveling east on SH 54 approaching Clagstone Road. Olmstead failed to stop for the stop sign at Clagstone Road and SH 54 entering into the path of Ramsbottom. Ramsbottom collided with Olmstead. Both Olmstead and Ramsbottom left the roadway on the north side of SH 54, Ramsbottom going through a fence on the side of the road before coming to rest.
