INCIDENT INFORMATION: Schiaffini-Pineiro was traveling eastbound on I90 at a speed too fast for icy road conditions, when he lost control of his vehicle, crossed the right shoulder where he rolled numerous times with the vehicle coming to rest on its wheels. Alcohol was not a factor.
