INCIDENT NARRATIVE:

Johnson was traveling WB on Hayden Ave on the E side of US95. Johnson lost control of his vehicle and struck Dodd�s vehicle. Johnson then continued into the NB lanes of US95 and hit Adams vehicle. Adams vehicle then struck Hardys vehicle who was also traveling NB on US95. This crash is still under investigation.
