INCIDENT INFORMATION: **UPDATE – Chapman died at Kootenai Medical Center this morning***

Chapman was eastbound on I90 near the 4th St exit when she lost control of her vehicle. The vehicle left the roadway and overturned at milepost 12.5. Alcohol involvement and the reason for the crash are under investigation.
