INCIDENT NARRATIVE: Sutfin was Northbound on SH3 at milepost 92 when he drove off the right shoulder. He overcorrected back onto the roadway, crossing the center line. Sutfin overcorrected a second time driving off the right shoulder of the roadway again and down a steep embankment, rolling the Mercedes several times. Alcohol is a factor in the crash.
