INCIDENT INFORMATION: Fox was eastbound on US12 near milepost 27.3 when she lost control of her vehicle, crossed into the westbound lane and was struck by Smith on the westbound shoulder. Fox was not wearing a seatbelt and was pronounced deceased at the scene. The 3 year old child was strapped in a carseat. Both Smith and her passenger were wearing seatbelts.
