INCIDENT NARRATIVE : Linja was traveling West-bound on Interstate 90 near milepost 24 when he lost control of his vehicle, went over an embankment and rolled his vehicle. Linja was ejected from the vehicle and was not wearing his seatbelt. Alcohol was a factor in this crash. Linja was admitted with serious injuries.
