Fatality Crash in Caldwell

Idaho State Police are investigating a two-vehicle fatality collision that occurred at 3:15 AM, Tuesday, May 21, 2024, on US20-26 and Northside Boulevard in Canyon County.

An 18-year-old male, of Caldwell, was driving westbound on US20-26 near Northside Boulevard in a 2014 Dodge Grand Caravan. The Dodge crossed the center line and collided with a 2012 Dodge Ram driven by a 28-year-old male from Caldwell.

The 18-year-old male succumbed to his injuries on scene. The driver of the Dodge Ram was wearing a seat belt and transported by a ground ambulance to a local hospital.

The intersection is still blocked due to emergency vehicles.
