Crash South of Nampa Sends Three to the Hospital
CANYON COUTNY, Idaho – Idaho State Police is investigating a vehicle collision which occurred on Saturday, September 7, 2024, at 9:22 a.m., on SH45 at mile marker 23 in Canyon County.
A white Honda Civic was traveling south on SH45. The driver crossed the center line, drove off the road, over corrected, came back on the road and was struck by a blue Honda Pilot, which was traveling north on SH45.
The driver of the Civic, a 20-year-old woman from Kuna, sustained critical injuries and was transported by ground ambulance to the hospital. She was not wearing her seatbelt. The driver of the Pilot, a 28-year-old woman from Nampa, and her juvenile passenger, were transported by ground ambulance to the hospital. Both were wearing their seatbelt.
This incident remains under investigation by the Idaho State Police.
