Idaho State Police Investigates an Injury Crash on US26 in Bonneville County

BONNEVILLE COUNTY, Idaho – Idaho State Police is investigating a single vehicle injury crash on US26 at milepost 375, west of Swan Valley.

At 11:06 p.m. on December 20, 2024, Idaho State Police (ISP) troopers responded to a single vehicle injury crash on eastbound US26 at milepost 375. A 41-year-old female from St Anthony, with a juvenile passenger, was driving a white 2000 GMC Yukon eastbound on US26. The driver failed to negotiate the curve and the vehicle went into the water.

Both were transported to the local hospital via ground ambulance.

Neither of the occupants were wearing seat belts.

Idaho State Police were assisted by the Swan Valley Fire Department, Bonneville County Sheriff, and the Idaho falls Fire Ambulance
