On March 31st, 2021 at 12:18 am, the Idaho State Police responded to an injury crash westbound I90 at milepost 5, in Post Falls, Idaho. A blue 2006 Dodge Ram driven by Roger Farrell, 74, of Kalispell, Montana entered the eastbound lanes of travel heading westbound. A Post Falls Police officer witnessed the vehicle travelling the wrong way and attempted to stop the vehicle but was unsuccessful.
