Injury Crash North of Cascade

CASCADE, Idaho – Idaho State Police (ISP) is investigating a vehicle collision which occurred on Monday, June 16, 2025, at 6:54 A.M, on SH55 at mile marker 119, in Valley County.

A red Ram 1500 was traveling south on SH55. A silver Ram 2500 and a white Ram 2500 were both traveling north on SH55. The driver of the red Ram 1500, a 30-year-old man from McCall, crossed the center line and struck both vehicles. He was not wearing a seatbelt and was transported by air ambulance to the hospital with critical injuries.

The silver Ram 2500 was driven by a 25-year-old man, from Kuna. He was wearing his seatbelt and was not transported. 

The white Ram 2500 was driven by a 35-year-old man, from Emmett. He was wearing his seatbelt and was not transported.

Traffic on SH55 was blocked for approximately three hours, allowing emergency responders to assist those involved and clear the scene.

This incident remains under investigation by the Idaho State Police.
