Update – Fatality Crash I90 milepost 65 near Mullan, ID

The Idaho State Police is investigating a vehicle versus pedestrian crash that occurred at approximately 1:52 a.m. on Friday, April 10, 2026, on eastbound Interstate 90 near milepost 64, near Mullan, Idaho.

A red semi-truck, driven by a 30-year-old male from Mountlake Terrace, Washington, was traveling eastbound on Interstate 90 when it struck a pedestrian, a 49-year-old female of Kellogg, ID, in the roadway. The pedestrian succumbed to her injuries at the scene. Next of kin has been notified.

The eastbound lanes of Interstate 90 were blocked for approximately three and a half hours while emergency responders and investigators worked at the scene.

The crash remains under investigation by the Idaho State Police.
