Two Vehicle Crash on Highway 30 Near Kimberly
TWIN FALLS COUNTY, ID. On Wednesday, April 23, 2026, at 10:15 AM, Idaho State Police investigated an injury crash at the intersection of US Highway 30 and N 3300 E, between Twin Falls and Kimberly.
A 61-year-old male from Rupert was travelling westbound on Highway 30 in a 2011 Western Star semi-truck hauling a John Deere farm tractor on a flatbed trailer. A 2013 Kenworth semi driven by a 37-year-old male from Twin Falls, was also travelling westbound on US Highway 30, behind the Western Star. The Kenworth collided with the rear of the flatbed trailer, spilling its load of potatoes into the intersection.
The driver of the Kenworth was transported by ground ambulance to a local hospital. Both drivers were wearing a seat belt.
The intersection was completed blocked for approximately 5 hours.
Idaho State Police was assisted by Twin Falls County Sheriff’s Office, Twin Falls Police Department, Kimberly Police Department, Twin Falls Fire Department, Magic Valley Paramedics, and Idaho Transportation Department.
