Two Vehicle Fatal Crash in Burley
CASSIA COUNTY, Idaho – Idaho State Police is investigating a two-vehicle fatal collision that occurred at 10:21 p.m., on Friday August 28, 2026, at 1033 W Bedke Blvd in Burley, Idaho.
A 2015 Kawasaki motorcycle driven by a 59-year-old man from Heyburn, Idaho, was traveling northbound on Bedke Blvd. A 2013 Jeep Grand Cherokee driven by a 33-year-old man from Burley, Idaho, was traveling southbound on Bedke Blvd. The Kawasaki went to the left of center and struck the Jeep.
The driver of the Kawasaki succumbed to his injuries on scene and was wearing a helmet. The driver of the Jeep sustained minor injuries and was not transported. Driver of the Jeep was wearing a seat belt.
The roadway was blocked for approximately 2 hours.
Idaho State Police was assisted by the Cassia County Sheriff’s Department, Burley Fire department, and Cassia Regional Hospital Medics.
This crash remains under investigation by the Idaho State Police.
