Crash Near Parma Sends Two To The Hospital
PARMA, Idaho – Idaho State Police (ISP) is investigating a vehicle collision which occurred on Monday, August 31, 2026, at 12:46 P.M., on US20 at mile marker 1, in Canyon County.
A 2019 Harley Davidson motorcycle was traveling eastbound on US20 when it struck an oil slick in the roadway while legally passing a semi-truck. The motorcycle subsequently crashed and came to rest on the shoulder.
The rider, a 57-year-old man, and his passenger, a 55-year-old woman, both from Woodinville, WA were wearing their helmets. The male was transported by ground ambulance and the woman by air ambulance to local hospitals.
Traffic on US20 was blocked for approximately one hour, allowing emergency responders to assist those involved and clear the scene.
This incident remains under investigation by the Idaho State Police.
