The interstate is now back open both eastbound and westbound. Please be patient and use caution as it may take time for traffic to work itself through. An updated press release will be sent out when it is available.

The Idaho State Police have currently shut down the interstate both eastbound and westbound between mileposts 7 and 11 for an active investigation. Please use an alternate route of travel at this time.
