On February 15, 2019 at approximately 6:56 a.m., a fatal crash occurred on Interstate 90 at milepost 53, near Big Creek, Idaho. A blue 2014 Toyota Corolla driven by Charity L. Andrews, 43, of Osburn, Idaho was traveling westbound when the vehicle left the Interstate, rolled onto its top and slid across Silver Valley Road coming to rest in the ditch. Andrews was not wearing her safety belt and was pronounced deceased at Shoshone Medical Center. Next of kin has been notified.
