On August 26, 2018 at approximately 12:19 a.m. an injury crash occurred on US95 at Garwood Rd., north of Hayden, Idaho. A white 2006 GMC Yukon driven by Andrew J. Miller, 32, of Cheney, Washington, occupied by Jerry O. Miller, 31, of Cheney, Washington, and four juveniles was traveling southbound US95 when Miller ran the red light striking a black 2014 Nissan Altima driven by David J. Stone, 42, of Athol, Idaho occupied by Julie L. Stone, 47, of Athol, Idaho who was proceeding through the green light to turn northbound onto US95 from Garwood Rd. Miller?s vehicle overturned and came to rest in the median. All occupants were wearing their safety belts and everyone excluding Mr. Stone were transported to Kootenai Health. The roadway was blocked for approximately one hour.
