On September 10, 2017 at 7:08 pm The Idaho State responded to a single vehicle crash southbound SH9 MP 11 near Harvard. Kevin Hunt, 56 years old of Moscow was travelling southbound on his 2015 Harley Davidson motorcycle with a rider on the back of it; Vonda Hunt, 52 years old of Moscow. The motorcycle stuck a deer in the roadway causing the vehicle to lose control and crash. Both riders were transported to St. Joseph Regional Medical Center in Lewiston. It is unknown at this time if they were wearing helmets.
