INCIDENT NARRATIVE: Eckhart stopped on the southbound shoulder of US95 due to mechanical issues. Bartz stopped to assist Eckhart in removing his vehicle from the roadway. While assisting Eckhart, Bartz was struck by another southbound vehicle being driven by Korneoly. Bartz sustained non life threatening injuries. Kornoely was cited for inattentive driving.
