On July 16, 2016, the Idaho State Police investigated a single vehicle rollover crash on Interstate 15 near Blackfoot. The driver was initially identified as Adam Wise. After further information was obtained the driver has now been identified as Wyatt Wells, 20, of Idaho Falls, ID. Notification to family has been made.
